As part of the awareness interview given at local FM stattion in Nepal- Radio Upatyaka

Present age is age of communication and FM Radio are the most effective and popular means of commutation. Considering the  importance of FM Radio NPC is running  a community Radio on 87.6 Mhz called Radio Upatyaka with the permission of Nepal Government, Ministry of information communication, since FY 063/64. It is first community radio registered in Kathmandu District.

Here you can listen to the opinion of the speaker about the importance of heritage preservation specially Chivas of Kathmandu Valley. Although of archaeological, historical, social and economical values some Chiva still are endangered due to negligence or encroachment.

Chiva at Bijeswori-Gaju restored

A Chiva at the gate of Bijeswori(Besa Dyo) temple, was with missing Gaju. Chiva Chaitya Organization is happy to be able to fit a Gaju at the Chiva at Bijeswori. Chiva Gaju being fitted   Chiva without Gaju(Before Restoration) We would like thank the Gurujus at the BesaDyo who have been instrumental in taking initiative and supporting the efforts.
