KangaAjima premises in ward-19 of Kathmandu is a beautiful place at the banks of Bishnumati river. Apart from KangaAjima temple there are many different kinds of Chivas in the premises making it very beautiful place. But due to various reasons six of the Chivas were without Gaju.
Now, on request from community, Chiva Chaitya Organization have made the required Gaju from stone carvers and have fitted Gaju in all the Chivas.

काठमाण्डौं को बिष्णुमति किनार अति सुन्दर कंग अजिमा मन्दिर परिसरमा बिभिन्न प्रकारका अति सुन्दर चिभाहरु रहेका छन। तर बिबिध कारणले त्यहां अबस्थित ६ वटा चिभाहरुको गजुर नभएको अबस्थामा थियो। अब स्थानिय को अनुरोधमा चिभा चैत्य संस्थाले गजुरहरु बनाउन लगाई जडान गरेर उक्त स्थान का चिभाहरु राम्रो भएका छन। हामी त्यस स्थानका नायो लाउरे बा लाई धेरै धन्यबाद दिन चाहन्छौं।

हजुरहरुले पनि चिभा चैत्य संस्थाका यस्तै कार्यहरुलाई सहयोग गर्न सक्नु हुन्छ।

Chiva Puja is a process which let us remind ourselves  that Chiva itself is not just a mere monument but a living shrine and carries lots of philosophical and spiritual values of Buddhist teachings. Chiva at Dhokatole, Ward 19, Kathmandu needed maintenance due to theft and wear and tear. Establishing a Chiva passes through different phases namely 1) consecration of the ground upon which the Chaitya is to be erected. There Sūtrap ātana, where a thread makes a Maṇḍala with positions of total 121 deities 2) Pādasthāpana (laying of foundation) is done with specific rules using bricks, hollow spaces etc. 3) then bricklayers lay the foundation. Chiva Maintained at Talibi MasanGalli

  There are two Chivas at Talibi MasanGalli which required maintenance. Recognizing Chivas as our important heritage community took interest to maintain and make the Chiva safe with fence. CCO(Chiva Chaitya Organization) is proud to be part of the process and help communities on their behalf to work in heritage preservation.
