Two Chivas at Chivakhyo restored with Gaju

Chivakhyo lies near the bank of river Bishnumati. The place is named ChivaKhyo which literally means large ground with Chiva. Yes, you already must have assumed, there is a large Chiva at the middle of the ground and many beautiful Chivas in the area.

Two of the Chivas at ChivaKhyo was with missing Gajus, broken somehow. And without Gaju, the Chivas were not looking good and felt incomplete as put by the Prem dai there. So, Chiva Chaitya Organization was requested to install missing Gajus.

Chiva Puja is a process which let us remind ourselves  that Chiva itself is not just a mere monument but a living shrine and carries lots of philosophical and spiritual values of Buddhist teachings.   There are two Chivas at Talibi MasanGalli which required maintenance. Recognizing Chivas as our important heritage community took interest to maintain and make the Chiva safe with fence. CCO(Chiva Chaitya Organization) is proud to be part of the process and help communities on their behalf to work in heritage preservation.
